Avoid means: go away from something.
Then I see ice cream. 
I can’t help eating ice cream!
Can’t help means: I really want to do it.
My friend gives me a very big bag. 
It is very heavy.
I can’t stand carrying it!
Can’t stand means: I really don't like it.
Then my friend asks:
“Do you want to play football?” 
I say:
“I don’t mind!”
Don’t mind means: It is OK for me.
We sit on the grass. 
I close my eyes and imagine a beautiful beach. 
Blue water, warm sun and a big palm tree.
Then we eat pizza. 
I enjoy my pizza very much!
My friend asks:
“Do you consider pizza the best food?”
I smile and say:
“Yes! I consider pizza the best food!” 
It is a great day!
